■ Insert a SIM card and battery
Always switch the device off, and disconnect the charger before removing the
battery.
Keep all SIM cards out of the reach of small children.
For availability and information on using SIM card services, contact your SIM
card vendor. This may be the service provider, network operator, or other vendor.
1. With the back of the phone
facing you, press the release
buttons on both sides of the
phone (1), and lift the back cover
(2) to remove it.
2. To remove the battery, lift it as
shown (3).

3. To release the SIM card holder,
slide it backwards (4), and lift it
(5).
4. Insert the SIM card into the SIM
card holder (6). Ensure that the
beveled corner faces upwards.
5. Close the SIM card holder (7), and
slide it forward to lock it (8).
6. Replace the battery (9).
7. To replace the back cover, align
it with the locking catches on
the phone (10), and press the
cover into place (11).
